Melinh has been a classroom teacher, a startup co-founder, a program manager, and a product person multiple times over across sectors and continents.

She has experience managing partnerships, developing strategy for digital products, planning conferences and events, and designing people operations processes and strategies that actually work for people. In Vietnam, she led the pilot and expansion of the Blended Learning program at Everest Education, launched a staff development training consortium with partner organizations from the non-profit, startup, and social impact sectors, and co-founded Team Up, an organization dedicated to helping teen girls develop communication and leadership skills through participation in Sport.

Melinh holds a BA from Emory University where she was named to the 100 Senior Honorary and earned Dean’s List and the UAA All-Academic Team honors. More recently, Melinh earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management where she served as Student Government VP for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, co-founded a sustainable apparel brand, and even snuck onto The Dean’s List once.
