Lindsey Kneuven is a seasoned systems change practitioner with over two decades of experience spanning corporate philanthropy, international NGOs, community foundations, and social enterprises. 

Lindsey served as the Chief Impact Officer at Pluralsight, Inc., a leading enterprise technology skills platform. In this capacity, she founded and led Pluralsight One, the company's social enterprise, where she developed a $40 million foundation aimed at democratizing technology skills. Her leadership encompassed partnerships, grants, and product development.

Before her tenure at Pluralsight, Lindsey was the Chief Impact Officer at Cotopaxi, a Utah-based outdoor gear company with a core social mission. She crafted the company's mission and impact strategy, overseeing philanthropic programs and guiding the company through multiple funding rounds where its social mission served as a key differentiator. ​

Lindsey's earlier roles include directing global grantmaking, strategic planning, and large-scale employee engagement programs for multinational corporations such as Oracle, Juniper Networks, and Singularity University at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF). During her tenure, SVCF managed over $7.3 billion in assets and granted over $823 million in 2015 alone, making it the largest community foundation globally. She also authored a white paper on human trafficking in Silicon Valley, earning the Leigh Stillwell Award for Excellence. ​​

In the international development sphere, Lindsey worked with Nuru International as their Senior Education Program Director in East Africa, developing and implementing a primary school literacy model. Additionally, as the Global Grants Manager for the Salesforce Foundation, she managed multimillion-dollar granting initiatives over four years. ​

Her contributions have been recognized with numerous honors, including being named a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year, a Silicon Slopes’ Community Hero, a Women Tech Awards Winner, one of Utah Business's 30 Women to Watch, and an Enlightened 50 honoree by the Community Foundation of Utah. ​

Lindsey has also served on the Utah Lieutenant Governor’s Commission on Community Engagement, as Vice Chair of the Community Foundation of Utah, and on various nonprofit boards and committees. ​
