Kirstie has more than ten years of experience as a Communications and Marketing leader across the private, nonprofit, and international development sectors. She has led projects spanning organisational growth, programme delivery, and partnership development, bringing a practical, collaborative approach to complex challenges and change initiatives.

Her career has combined leadership roles in marketing, communications, and project management, working with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support organisational development. As Marketing Director at Tentsile Ltd, Kirstie strategized and led initiatives across communications, digital marketing, e-commerce, events, partnerships, and brand development, helping to expand the company's global reach and impact, taking it from SME to internationally recognised brand and category leader.

Previously, Kirstie worked in the nonprofit and international development sectors, including with The National Lottery Community Fund - the UK's largest grant maker - where she contributed to the establishment of a major new £150M foundation. She also led programmes in Malawi on behalf of the Department of International Development, where she managed programme coordination and community-led development projects whilst delivering across diverse cultural, organisational, and partnership environments.

Kirstie holds a BA (Hons) in Anthropology and Cultural Studies from the University of Sussex. She is passionate about building strong relationships with stakeholders, bringing people together around a shared goal, and helping organisations deliver work that has a meaningful and lasting impact.
