Kirstie is an experienced communications professional with more than a decade of experience working across the private, nonprofit, and international development sectors. She has led projects spanning organisational growth, stakeholder engagement, communications, and programme delivery, bringing a practical and collaborative approach to complex challenges.
Her career has combined leadership roles in marketing, communications, and project management, where she has worked with cross-functional teams, managed international initiatives, and supported organisations through periods of growth and change. As Global Marketing Director at Tentsile Ltd, Kirstie played a key role in the company's journey from an early-stage SME to an internationally recognised brand, leading projects across partnerships, events, digital platforms, e-commerce, and brand development.
Earlier in her career, Kirstie worked within the nonprofit sector, including with The National Lottery Community Fund, and on Department for International Development-funded programmes in Malawi. These roles strengthened her experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, community-led programmes, and working across diverse cultural and organisational settings.
Kirstie holds a BA (Hons) in Anthropology and Cultural Studies from the University of Sussex. She is passionate about building strong relationships with stakeholders, bringing people together around a shared goal, and helping organisations deliver work that has a meaningful and lasting impact.
