Kiah is an operations leader, project manager, and strategic analyst who ensures that systems, contracts, and partnerships run seamlessly to support lasting impact. At Platypus Advisors, she leads internal operations and manages client engagements — aligning budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Her work is grounded in the belief that thoughtful systems and equity-centered practices are essential to driving meaningful social change.

With over a decade of experience spanning nonprofit operations, arts administration, film production, and sustainable fashion, Kiah brings a holistic perspective to every project. Across industries, her work has been guided by a throughline of expanding access to opportunity and fostering cultures of care. This lived experience enables her to bridge diverse stakeholders with clarity, empathy, and purpose. She has helped organizations adopt sustainable production practices, developed innovative subsidy programs that expand access for underserved communities, and built strategic partnerships with values-aligned institutions.

Kiah works to create dynamic systems that keep projects moving, creating roadmaps that make ambitious goals achievable, and ensuring that equity and care remain at the center of operations. She thrives on translating complexity into clarity and creating the conditions that allow teams and collaborators to do their best work.

Kiah holds a BFA from Bard College and is a lifelong student of botany and plant medicine.
